Qualification:
BE Mechanical with 7 years experience in the field of Rotary Equipments or Mechanical Seals.

Job Responsibilities:
Selected Candidate will serve customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services. Travelling to customers spread across PAN India.

Selected Candidate shall perform the following Job Duties:

  • Identify current and future customer requirements for mechanical seals by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand mechanical seals requirements.
  • Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  • Establish new accounts and service accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
  • Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment, engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
  • Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
  • Submit offers by conferring with technical support staff.
  • Develop customer's staff by providing technical information and training.
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure product quality. As a QA Engineer you will estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities. You will also ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in our defect tracking system.

Job Duties:

  • To analyzing information, reporting research results, technical understanding, promoting process improvement, developing standards, managing processes, manufacturing methods and procedures to supports innovation.
  • To determine quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
  • To establish statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error; determining levels of confidence.
  • To prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
  • To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies related to quality control.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE/DME degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven working experience of minimum 3 years in a high precision mechanical engineering company.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9000, 14000, 18000, PED, ATEX etc.

Job Responsibilities:
Job duty is to create technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations. To incorporate these specifications into drawings that may be used in the manufacture, maintenance or repair of the product, namely mechanical seals. Besides creating drawings, other duties can include making technical calculations, assessing designing capacity limits and estimating production costs.

Job Duties:

  • Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical seals and supply systems and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment, both 2D and 3D.
  • Coordinate with and consult other team members to design detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
  • Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
  • Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components or machinery, using computer-assisted equipment.
  • Lay out and draw schematic, orthographic, or angle views to depict functional relationships of components, assemblies, systems, and machines.
  • Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
  • Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to the job.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • ITI or equivalent certification in Mechanical Draughtsman.
  • Proven working experience of minimum 3 years in a high precision mechanical engineering company.
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9000.
